Insulated Concrete Formwork Services
As specialist ICF contractors, we offer a range of ICF systems and brands and understand how each offers different performance, cost and installation efficiencies and benefits. Working closely with architects and developers, we are well placed to take outline plans through the design stage to fully specified ICF structures. This includes support from our trusted network and technical support from the ICF manufacturers. Technical support includes providing Thermal Modelling, SAP Assessments, Architectural Detailing, Fire Ratings and Acoustic Assessments.
We provide in-house 3D modelling which can be used to inform a build programme or iron out design inconsistencies with established plans and specifications. We also use the models to problem solve structures and gain a greater understanding of the design before mobilisation to site.
ICF Cornwall Ltd uses small teams of experienced, trained and qualified (NVQ & CSCS) installers who adhere to the company’s policies on quality, waste and health and safety. All of our installers have been trained by product manufacturers, received our in-house training and undertaken nationally recognised qualifications relevant to the projects undertaken.
Our services extend to providing support to pre-ICF stages such as groundworks and ongoing support to follow on trades to ensure all the ICF benefits to the build programme are realised.
ICF is not “new” but in order to derive maximum benefit, a view of the full picture is required and we can provide that either through consultation or on site guidance.

Products that we supply

Each manufacturer has readily available technical specifications, performance values and certificates including BBA, LABC and NHBC documentation. Each site also has all the information necessary for designers, specifiers and engineers.
