Trelowan, Whitemoor is a medium sized home built for a private client. ICF Cornwall was engaged to deliver a full structural package including site clear and groundworks, Nudura XR35 walls and a carpentry package involving the the structural floors, internal studwork and a Perkins and Perry supplied truss roof.

Floor connections are made using the Simpson Strongtie ICF ledger system which is our preferred method with custom ICF forming made around this detail.

The project made use the ICF Cornwall patented check reveal panel around all ICF openings.
